Managing large groups of dogs can be difficult. Not only are the staff responsible for the physical well being of the dogs, recognizing when a dog is behaving inappropriately or not enjoying social time is crucial to the success of a play group.
I started my career with dogs in the daycare and boarding industry, managing groups of dogs up to my record of 67 dogs in one room (no, I do not recommend this outrageous ratio!!). Being able to identify the appropriate and inappropriate behaviors was what ultimately led me to having successful play groups.
If you are opening a new daycare, want to provide more training for you current staff, have had a turn around of staff recently, or simply want to get recommendations from a professional, I'm happy to assist you!
